Beginner Stroke I

 

  This is just the basics!

 

  This will introduce your child to

  rhythmic breathing, which is

  blowing bubbles underwater,

  breathing in above the water.

 

  Freestyle Stroke which is the most

  common swim stroke.

 

  Backstroke which is swimming

  backwards from the floating position.

 

  Strength Building which is working on

  stronger kicks and how to use

  muscles to make swimming faster.

 

  Balance and Coordination which is

  staying level in the water and working

  arms and legs at the same time.

 

  Again, this is just the basics.

 

  Lessons are arranged according to

  ability and age.
