Agreement:

By booking online "Book Party" you are stating that you hereby understand and agree that you are booking a Splash Party with Tiny Bubbles. You also understand that your requested party date and time(s) are not guaranteed until your deposit has been received and a Tiny Bubbles Party Planner contacts you for scheduling confirmation. Furthermore, you understand and agree that if you elect to cancel this party after booking online, your deposit is forfeited, meaning "is non refundable".
